This is intended to be an interim guideline. It will be revised to align with the Business Process Framework that is being developed.   

What does this guideline cover?

This guideline covers the design, implementation, and monitoring of exit strategies in NZAID Activities. Examples of exit strategies are under preparation for a Reference Guide for this Guideline.

What will this guideline do?

This guideline describes what exit strategies are, how to go about developing and integrating exit action plans into NZAID Activities, and key issues that should be addressed.

Who is this guideline for?

The guideline is primarily for NZAID staff managing the development and implementation of Activities.  It is also of interest to programme teams, contractors, and partner organisations and governments.
