Activity Reporting Guideline | PDF (151kb)
What is the status of this document?
- This document is a guideline and must be consulted and applied as appropriate.
What does this guideline cover?
This guideline covers the principles and minimum requirements for partners’ reporting to NZAID on Activities that receive NZAID funding. It applies to the full range of aid modalities and contracting arrangements. This form of Activity reporting is sometimes referred to as contract (or grant) reporting.
This Guideline does not cover other reports, such as those within NZAID (e.g. from teams to senior managers, or from posts to Wellington) or from NZAID externally (e.g. to New Zealand Parliament, the DAC, etc).
This is one of a series of NZAID Guidelines on Activity Cycle Management and should be used in conjunction with them. Particularly important are the NZAID Tools on Aid Modalities, Activity Implementation, and Activity Monitoring and the three Guidelines on Contract Management Roles and Responsibilities, Invoices, and Acquittals (available to NZAID staff only).
What will this guideline do?
This guideline will help NZAID staff to specify the reporting required from implementing partners in the range of modalities. It will help when defining that reporting when contracting arrangements are put in place and in providing feedback to partners on their reporting.
Who is this guideline for?
This guideline is for NZAID Activity Managers, their colleagues (e.g. sectoral and contract advisors) and supervisors who receive and act on Activity reporting. It will also often be useful to share one or more of the Annexes with implementing partners that prepare reports.
