CoP Coordinator

Overall responsibility for ensuring the CoP achieves its purpose and objectives effectively and efficiently.

Coordinates meetings and contribute to discussion

Primary drafter of papers and submissions

Keep AIDMGT informed of progress

Lead on communication and consultation processes

Finalise meeting records

Oversee contracting processes (if any)

Administrator

Reports to the CoP and provides administrative support to the CoP in pursuit of its  purpose and objectives

 

Contribute to discussion (voluntary)

Organise meetings

Circulate agendas and papers

Prepare and maintain CoP records

Assist with contracting processes (if any)

Assist with communications and consultation processes

Core Members

Contribute to the effective and efficient achievement of the team’s purpose and objectives

Keep groups informed and facilitate group inputs into CoP

Contribute to (and/or take the lead on ) tasks in the annual work plan

Provide timely comment on draft meeting record, papers and submissions  

Assist with communication and consultation processes
