Who is this guideline for?
This guideline is for member countries of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) at the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). New Zealand is a member country of the DAC, so this guideline is for NZAID staff.
Acknowledgements
This guideline was developed by the members of DAC, and approved by the DAC Network on Development Evaluation in March 2006 for a test phase application of three years.
