Application and Decision Making Processes
The specific mechanisms used for these processes are under the control of the individual posts. It is the responsibility of posts to establish an effective and transparent process to ensure that the HOMF is administered in a timely and appropriate manner.
As a part of their system it is expected that posts will develop application forms that will provide information useful for the assessment and selection of proposals and in the longer term as part of the ‘paper trail’ for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
