What will this guideline do?

The Guideline will assist staff to implement NZAID’s approach to human rights as a means to ensure good outcomes and manage risks across NZAID programmes (during policy and strategy development and throughout the activity cycle).  The Guidelines aims to assist NZAID achieve its objective of screening all activities for human rights impact.

Who is this guideline for?

For all Team Leaders and staff across Programme Groups, including NZAID staff in Posts, and for all SAEG Advisors.
