What does this guideline cover?
The New Zealand Aid Programme encourages the use of participatory approaches for assessing performance. The use of participatory methods is expected contribute to building the evaluation capacity of partners.
What will this guideline do?
This guideline explains what participatory evaluation is and how it differs from and complements conventional evaluation processes.
Who is this guideline for?
This knowledge note is for use by MFAT activity managers and for partners or consultants involved in carrying out reviews and evaluations.
