The Programme Committee is an advisory body to which important matters can be taken for discussion and guidance. This guideline outlines the purpose, structure and procedures of the Programme Committee, and identifies the key appraisal questions to be covered in a submission to the committee.

What will this guideline do?

The main purpose of this guideline is to help ensure that NZAID staff understand the role of the Programme Committee and its importance in ensuring programmes, projects and activities receive constructive and collaborative review based on key appraisal questions.

Who is this guideline for?

This guideline is for all NZAID staff and external specialists involved in activity appraisal.
