Meetings and membership
Who Attends the Meetings?
The core committee comprises the ED, Directors of Programme Groups, MSG, SAEG, Programme and SAEG Team Leaders. The relevant DPM(s) and advisers attend for their agenda items. Other NZAID staff are welcome. Coordination and minute taking for the committee rests with the PA to the ED and the chairing of it rotates around Team Leaders. The PA to the ED will develop and distribute a schedule of chair responsibilities.
How often does the Committee Meet?
The group meets on the third Friday of every month if there are items to consider.
