- Communities of Practice Guideline
- This tool includes guidance and good practice for those establishing, coordinating or participating in Communities of Practice (CoPs). It contains information for directors and team leaders regarding participation on CoPs and in the CoP processes.
- Country Strategic Frameworks / Joint Commitments for Development
- These documents support the development of a country strategic framework for development. The outputs from this process are either: for non-Pacific countries, a Country Strategic Framework for Development (CSFfD); for Pacific countries, a Joint Commitment for Development (JCfD) that includes a results framework. A list of IDG's standard output indicators is also provided.

- Financial Delegations Policy
